Box Office and Ticketing

The box office is located in the main lobby of the Verizon Wireless Center, at 1 Civic Center Plaza, Mankato. There are parking spaces in front of the box office to allow easy access to pick up your tickets at will call or buy tickets for an upcoming event. Please call (507) 389-3001 for more information or questions on any game or event at Verizon Wireless Center.

Verizon Wireless Center Box Office Hours:

• Monday thru Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: Four hours prior to the event

To order tickets by phone and to inquire about availability for an event at the Verizon Wireless Center, call Ticketmaster at (800)745-3000.

Doors Open
All concerts, events and Maverick hockey games - Doors open 1 hour prior to the start of the event

Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard.

Will Call
Located in the main lobby on Hickory Street. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for "Will Call" may be picked up at any time prior to the event.

All Ticketmaster ordered tickets held at "Will Call" to be picked up must be in your name. You must also have the credit card used to place the order, your confirmation number and a valid picture ID to pick up the tickets. This is to ensure that tickets are given to the appropriate person.

If a patron wishes to pick up will call tickets that are not in their name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record fax a signed letter to (507) 345-1627 authorizing this person to claim their tickets.

No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through Ticketmaster or "Will Call" without this prior authorization.

Same Day Ticket Orders
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster phones and online until 3:00 PM the day of the show when the event starts at 6:00 PM or later.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster phones and online until two hours prior to the start of the event if the event starts prior to 6:00 PM.

Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets and the Verizon Wireless Center Box Office until the start of the event.

Children's Tickets
For all Maverick Hockey games, concerts and all family shows except Sesame Street & Disney Live:

All children 23 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter.

Sesame Street & Disney Live:
All children 11 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 12 months and older require a ticket to enter.
